Calling All English Majors!

I don't usually post one RIGHT after the other like I'm doing just now, but this was too good to pass up.

Bad4 noted a disproportionate number of English majors in the blogosphere. So I just want to give a shout out to everyone who is an English major - or who is an honorary English-major-wanna-be.

Also, SJ commented over the weekend that I post more often than anyone she knows. I was debating whether or not to feel self-conscious about this, but then I decided, y'know? It's my blog and if I have a lot to say, well, I can't help that! I don't speak enough in person so I guess I'm just drawn to writing. And no one has to read it if they don't wanna, you know? And now I know I'm gonna get yelled at by someone about being apologetic and disclaimering on my own blog, but...! Hmmm.

I'll tell ya one thing - being an English major sure beats having an English degree...

Dude, definitely don't feel self-conscious about writing a lot. Being prolific is a *good* thing, duh. :)

I'm debating if I should make Erachet self-conscious... :D (HEEHEE)

Yelling is such a harsh word. Think of it as voicing disappointment, in capital letters.

Plus, you know I'm right!

I think it's great to post often - don't feel bad about that at all! It's your blog and you have a lot to say, so why not say it? I wish I could post a little more than I do, but this silly little thing called a job gets in the way of my blogging!

Nice chatting with you today at the JBloggers Convention, by the way! :)

ENGLISH MAJORS ROCK. (Ignore the cynicism over at Bad4)

Also- take it from me- NEVER feel self-concious about anything. As Eleanor Roosevelt said: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

It's all in your mind. About this, and concerning shyness as well. It is entirely unneccessary. Just ask anyone who knows me. :)
